We start with an initial service to get your property ready for ongoing maintenance. This first service is paid upfront. After that, we take care of the scheduled maintenance throughout the year, with monthly payment options available.

Every plan begins with a Full Gutter & Window Package, paid upfront. This includes gutter clearing, fascia and soffit washing, downpipe exterior cleaning and exterior window cleaning.
If we notice any visible issues with your roof or gutters while cleaning, we’ll let you know and provide a brief report of our observations. This is not a full roof or gutter inspection or condition survey, and we do not offer repairs.
3. Your Maintenance Schedule Begins
Once your initial service is complete, we’ll schedule your ongoing maintenance visits for the year based on the plan you’ve chosen.
4. Spread the Ongoing Cost
Your ongoing maintenance is paid monthly, making it easier to manage while keeping your home looked after throughout the year.
